The Access Solutions Membership is not an insurance product but an exclusive membership designed to offer affordable family health care. Therefore everyone qualifies.

$50 office visits $25 per month for 1-2 person family $35 per month for 3+ person family There is a one time $25 administrative set up fee. The Access Solutions Membership guarantees the office visit to be $50; no additional fees for routine labs and procedures, as deemed necessary by the provider.
